How many images will I get?

I give an average of 75 photos for a Mini and 150 for full Portraits. I work more with prompts rather than telling you poses. Prompts show your personality as well as find your natural beauty as opposed to being stiff (only ironic prom poses allowed!!). Clients that take those prompts and run with them (sometimes literally run lol) get sooo many more pictures to choose from!

Do you only give digital files?

Digital files are the only thing included in my package pricing. Books, prints, canvases, etc. can be added at an additional cost.

What do I wear?!

So important!!! Where something that you feel comfortable in. Look at Pinterest for inspiration! If you are doing an engagement shoot in a field, look up “field photoshoot couples”. This will give you an idea of how you should dress as well as your boo!! 

 For families, look up color palettes! The days of dressing all in one color have come and gone. Let everyone wear something that fits their personality! Girly girl teenager? Let her wear a dress! Little boy that won’t wear anything besides a cotton t-shirt? As long as it coordinates, its gonna look great! Color palettes give everyone options and shouldn’t require you to go out and buy anything! 

Do you offer RAW images?

You will receive all your photos back fully edited! That being said, I do not give back the RAW file photos pre-edited. I take around 5,000 photos total for an average wedding that I upload to my computer. In most instances, multiple shots need to be taken in order to get that one "money" shot. If I think there are multiple "money" shots in one burst of photos, I usually give you a couple to choose from. Please understand that trusting a photographer's skill is HUGE when picking your wedding photographer! Do your research and ask lots of questions while you are on your photographer hunt! I'm always here for you :) 

How do we pick locations?

This is totally up to the vibe that you want. From nature to urban, I have several location options that I’ve scouted or have shot at in the past around DFW that you can pick from if you have no idea. If you have location in mind – beautiful! I’ll check it out and make sure the lighting situation will be perfect. 

 Session not in DFW? No problem! We can talk more about potential locations around where we plan on going.

What happens if I need to reschedule / cancel / the weather is bad?

Life happens. I get it! I want to be able to serve as many clients as I can, so reschedules and cancellations can put a hindrance on this.

Rescheduling for non-related weather has no fee if done 48 hours in advance. There’s a $25 fee if done within 48 hours of our shoot.

Texas weather is more unpredictable than the lottery. Weather-related rescheduling can be annoying, but if you were banking on those sun flares, we might need to reschedule if it's overcast or raining :/ Weather rescheduling usually happens the day we plan on shooting and there is no fee to reschedule. We will work together to find a new date and time.

Canceling with no intention of rescheduling is a loss of your non-refundable $100 retainer.

How do you accept payments? Do you offer payment plans?

You have the option of paying through my online portal, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash or check! I also offer customizable payment plans for what fits you best! The non-refundable retainer fee is due upon booking to hold your date and the complete balance just needs to be paid by the day of our shoot. No photos will be delivered until fully paid.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere you want! Depending on the location, there will be a travel fee. Reach out for more information!

How long have you been a photographer?

Taking pictures since my dad let me at my sister’s sporting events in 2009 and professionally since 2017!

Will you photoshop us?

Any small blemishes, distracting items, or stains I will take out, but you are beautiful just the way God made you! That being said, I will not alter your shape in any way. I’ll give you directions about how to hold yourself during your session to show you in the most flattering way possible :)
